Elif Residence was designed as a 7060 square meter constructional project on a 1770 square meters land in Kozyatağı, the popular district of Istanbul, Kadıköy. The project consists of 13 floors, 36 residences, 4 commercial spaces, 3+1 residences and 3+1 roof duplex residences.
